Pam Sime, MS, SPHR President and Senior Consultant
Pam Sime, MS, SPHR is the President and Senior Consultant for HR Vantage Point. Ms. Sime brings over 25 years of creative and successful senior leadership experience in the human resources field, including serving as a human resource executive at a number of award-winning health systems, developing effective human resource organization designs, improving employee relations and engagement, recruiting successful executives, physicians, directors and employees, and establishing succession and strategic workforce plans.
Ms. Sime is a certified Master Executive Coach and leads development of mentoring and coaching programs, group dynamic assessment and improvement and relationship building, as well as helping manage difficult employee and leadership situations that include staff reductions, mergers and closures and union relations. Her expertise in developing strategic initiatives to foster organizational engagement have helped enable her clients to improve effectiveness within all levels of their organization.
Ms. Sime has successfully worked with Board members, CEOs and all members of the C-Suite in preparing leadership for transition and change. Her unique skill to gain support and consensus on difficult topics has made her a sought after speaker and advisor. Ms Sime has worked in for-profit, not-for-profit, and government systems, as well as both domestic and international Senior Consultancy positions within the healthcare industry.

Kelli Bloyd, MAHR Vice President and Senior Consultant
Kelli Bloyd, MA, Vice President and Senior Consultant. Ms. Bloyd is an accomplished human resources and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries including Healthcare, IT, Pharmaceutical, Engineering and Consulting industries.
Ms. Bloyd has developed and administered a wide range of HR systems and programs, successfully partnered with internal and external clients on leadership and executive search, and has deep experience in development and implementation of creative and effective recruiting programs.
Additionally, Ms. Bloyd has experience analyzing and recommending technology solutions that support and sustain business growth objectives and strategies. Kelli holds a Master’s in Human Resources, is a Certified DDI Behavioral Interviewer and Certified Professional in Managing Workplace Conflict.

Jacqueline Leotaud, MS Director of Technology and Innovation
Jacqueline Leotaud, MS, Vice President, Technology Innovations. Ms. Leotaud is an innovative technology and operations leader with over 15 years experience in the healthcare, construction, engineering and consulting industries.
Ms. Leotaud consistently provides leadership in the development of innovative strategic approaches to operations and integration of technology.
For the past 10 years Ms. Leotaud has formed strategic partnerships with leaders to create cutting edge solutions that enable businesses to make better, faster decisions. Jacqueline has streamlined, automated and managed processes involving Microsoft CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems and Financial Systems. Additionally, she is adept at managing large projects and complex teams supporting business and recruitment needs.
She earned her Masters’ in Information Systems Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
